04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. However, occasional delays may occur due to technical issues or payment gateway delays. If a deposit is not credited within the expected time, please contact our support team.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name. Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited and may result in the deposit being returned or the account being closed.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times).

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

ceobd9's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per member, household, device or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit after bonus activation.
• ceobd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

• All game results are completely random and not predetermined.

In the event of account closure, whether any valid balance is returned will depend on the nature of the violation.

8.2 Closure by Member
